At Classy Sassy, we are striving to provide you with the best service and quality products as much as we can, you can find our policy here:

  • We can have up to 3 working days of lead time before shipping any package. Over busier holiday seasons and you should expect receiving your packing within 7-9 business days maximum from ordering date.
  • We allow a 24-hour window for order cancellation, after which your cancellation request is not guaranteed to be accepted.
  • We are not liable for orders placed with false information (unintended cart items, wrong shipping address, etc). So please make sure all the details are clear and correct to avoid this kind of problem.
  • We immediately accept your refund request in these cases ONLY:
    1- Cancelling within the allowed 24-hour window
    2- Receiving damaged or corrupted items (Must be verified with clear images and/or video shots)
    3- Receiving items that do not match the description and/or sizing charts provided on the product page (Must be verified with clear images and/or video shots)
  • Late cancellation requests (after 24 hours of order placement) are further investigated to determine a fair resolution depending on the status of the shipping process. This fair resolution may turn out to be a full refund, a partial refund, or no refund.
  • We use third-party shipping with various carriers. That is why we cannot be expected to solve all shipping issues. However, you can expect all the help we can offer in case of lost-in-mail packages. If your package is evidently lost in the mail, you can request a free replacement from our side.
